Seltzer named food and beverage licensing agent for ‘MasterChef’

Seltzer Licensing Group has been appointed by the Endemol Shine North to serve as the exclusive food and beverage licensing agent for the “MasterChef” and “MasterChef Junior” brands in North America.

As per the agreement, Seltzer Licensing focus on key categories such as cooking kits, baking mixes and spices during the initial days. Later, the company plans to expand into subscription meal services, food tours and cooking classes.

Commenting on the association, Stu Seltzer, president, Seltzer Licensing Group said, “The ‘MasterChef’ brand has clearly established its food credentials, and now we’ll be extending this trusted brand into the food and beverage space.”

Additionally, the “MasterChef” brand is currently entering its ninth season and continues to grow its licensing program. The brand currently claims partners across cookware, publishing, toys and experiential events.
