MLB acquires new licensed apparel line from Tommy Bahama, Carhartt

Celebrating the start of 2018 season, Major League Baseball has come up with new licensed apparel collections from Tommy Bahama and Carhartt.

Tommy Bahama has unveiled another collection of men’s apparel that includes relaxed, island-inspired styles for camp shirts, and knits.

The range is available at Tommy Bahama stores, select MLB team stores, and on the online portal at TommyBahama.com.

Meanwhile, Carhartt and global lifestyle brand ’47 have partnered for a headwear that celebrates all 30 Major League Baseball teams and its fans, including three hat styles in selection of ’47 fits.

“There has always been a natural connection between work and sports. Last year’s campaign proved that hardworking fans in Detroit and Boston are passionate about their teams. With the expansion of this collaboration, we’re able to celebrate baseball fans nationwide who both ‘outwork them all’ and ‘outroot them all’,” said Tony Ambroza, chief brand officer, Carhartt.

The collaboration includes the Outwork X Outroot campaign, which honors the men and women who cheer on their local teams.

Carhartt x ’47 products are available for purchase at all MLB stadium stores, all Carhartt and ’47 company stores, and online at — Carhartt.com and 47Brand.com.

The 2018 Major League Baseball season starts from March 29 onwards.
